Sorry Guys…Blogging was the last thing on my mind past ten days as Viral Attacks first crashed my Laptop and then another one knocked me out…family finally discovered what’s the difference between a teaspoon and a tablespoon after investigating why the cough syrup kept me so drowsy !
So it’s rather appropriate that I point “Sic”agen at Rs 12/13 to you….It’s a Company created from the demerger of the Non Logistics Part of Sical Logistics and listed recently…It’s equity is Rs 39 crs and Face Value of Rs 10 has a Book Value of Rs 90….most of the value being reflected in Loans and Advances to Subsidiaries…It carries no debt and no loss….It’s largely a Trading Company notching high sales of over Rs 400 crs and a small profit of a few crs for the year ended March 31,2008
