On Tuesday November 15,2011 As DLF’s K P Singh & Robert Vadra danced in Udaipur to Shakira Live on “Hips Don’t Lie” to celebrate Mr Singh’s 80th Birthday little did they realise that Arvind Kejriwal was observing their Hips too and would return to haunt them !
The Hindu has come out with rational reporting on the accusation leveled against Robert Vadra by IAC and Arvind Kejriwal of amassing huge wealth from Rs 50 lakhs to Rs 300 crs in double quick time through unsecured loan largesse from DLF to buys it’s own Properties among others at grossly undervalued prices !
Why did DLF do this ! ? is the moot question ! ~ It’s a Listed Company and answerable to Shareholders ~Independent Directors say they were unaware of this Loan~ raises Corporate Governance ,Non Disclosure and Quid Pro Quo Issues and the question of Benefactor and Beneficiary and who was which and for what ! ?
Already DLF’ Networth shot up multifold with IPO at Rs 525 in 2007 making K P Singh India’s richest Man overnight ~ he ,alongwith his holding companies held @88% in DLF at the time post IPO ! and were worth over Rs 80000 crs then at top end IPO pricing of Rs 525 ! ~ we all are painfully familiar how the IPO Route with vulgar and obscene premiums is used in a bullish market to make suckers of Investors and enrich the Promoters overnight !
Now Mr Robert Vadra could not have reaped a Bonanza overnight through the Primary Market IPO Route like DLF did ~ the accusation is that in a premeditated plan DLF has helped him do so through the Real Estate Route ! ~ of course an option was to also explore the Secondary Market Route to create the huge Gains ! ~ but then remember in Markets if one gains,the other loses ! ~ so much simpler to show it as a Loan rather than create Income !
Honestly I’m a ‘G’ too but don’t know what to believe ! ~ all that I can say is, as a punster put it,this ‘G’ Family is facing a lot of ‘G’ issues ! ~ CW-G ~ 2-G ~ Coal-G and now Jija-G !
….and will we ever be able to completely purify our holy river Ganges !?

Sucking middle class hardworking people’s money … no doubt Entertainment sector is going to boom in India 🙂 …. Look at it like this “Money spent on Shakira was from DLF house buyer who might be paying huge EMI and hence can not gibve high quality education to his/her children” SO “One night enjoyment of one person affeting whol life(future) of out Childrens” …….. AND thats happening all over India …. We nned more Anna and Kejriwal
Yes Sameer,we certainly need more like Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal if our Democracy has to survive and be vibrant
